Embrace Your Soul’s Flow…

Embrace your soul’s flow…this is the tag line that is on my home page. I heard it as I was sitting on my lawn chair at the beach near my home (my official new pastime). When I was asking myself what is most important to me, the first thing that came to me was to “embrace my soul’s flow”. Well, that got me thinking, what does that mean to me?

To me, being in a state of flow is being completely immersed in and experiencing the process of my life. My soul is always guiding me and I have learned to just embrace being grounded every single day and joyfully experiencing the moment. Now those moments could be sad moments, fears, blocks or unhealthy patterns, but that’s ok, I need to experience these emotions, but I know this is part of my soul’s journey to learn something about myself in this life. I simply embrace it (after I get a grip!). I certainly was accustomed to letting fears, worries, and opinions of others assume control over my life. It dictated the moves I made daily. It often felt like I was living for everyone but myself. It took years of commitment, inner work, and seeking guidance from various healers to finally let my intuition and soul guide me in life. Every single day I am learning something new and I’m finally comfortable embracing my soul’s flow.

If you are feeling stuck, negative, stressed, unproductive, and like you are not living a life of joy, then I encourage you to take the steps needed to change something. The changes don’t have to be significant, they could be small. When I knew I needed something to change in my life, I started writing a gratitude journal, took me less than 10 minutes a day but it was a start. It got me started down a path of self care and ultimately when I was ready, I sought the counsel of other healers. If you are willing and committed to changing your life, it is completely within your power to do so 😊 Embrace that journey, embrace your soul’s flow.
